IDEAL MICROPHONE FOR STEREO QUALITY RECORDINGS
Designed specifically for stereo field recording, interviews and home recording, the compact and lightweight AT2022 is suitable as a handheld microphone as well as when mounted on a boom or camera. Ideal for recording reports, the AT2022 unidirectional condenser capsules provide you professional quality stereo, without the need for 48V phantom power. Its 1.5V AA battery enables you to connect to virtually any audio recorders. The capsules can be rotated 90 or 120 degrees, to control the stereo width of your recording, and fold completely for easy storage and transportation.

No more time wasted setting up of a pair of condenser mics, 2 feet and a recorder with phantom power to make a professional stereo sound recording. The AT2022 simply connects to any recorder and achieves a perfect X/Y stereo sound recording.

“GENTLE FILTER SLOPE”
With its gentle filter slope of 6 dB / Octave at 150 Hz, low frequencies are monitored very soft and natural way. An integral 150 Hz low-cut filter provides easy switching from a flat frequency response to a low-end roll-off. The roll-off position reduces the pickup of low-frequency ambient noise (such as traffic, air-handling systems, etc.), room reverberation and mechanically coupled vibrations.
X/Y SETUP AT 90° TO 120°
Two unidirectional capsules positioned in an X / Y configuration provide user-selectable 90° to 120° stereo operation for narrow or wide pickup patterns.
LOW-CUT FILTER
Switchable Off / Flat / Low-cut positions for better isolation of unwanted noise.
EASY STORAGE
The capsules can be placed at 180° during storage to prevent damage to the unidirectional elements.
ACCESSORIES
Comes with an AT8405a stand clamp for 5/8"-27 threaded stands, a 1.5V AA battery, a fuzzy windscreen, a 0.5 m long jack to XLR (TRS) cable, and a soft protective pouch.
