Sony PDBZ-E1500

The PDBZ-E1500 Software Update for PDW-1500 is a software update for the PDW-1500 XDCAM Compact Deck. It allows you to do direct linear editing on the disc, exactly as you would with a conventional video tape recorder. This ability to insert editing back into the disc can be particularly beneficial with last minute edit changes.

Note! In order to do linear editing with this software update, PFD-23A Professional Disc Media must be used with the recorder.
