Sony HKSP-R81

The HKSP-R81 Routing Switcher backup controller fits the new SP signal processing format. The HKSP-R81 works with the main processor card, the HKSP-R80, to provide primary station and sub-net capabilities. The new boards provide both Ethernet and S-Bus connectivity, as well as allowing multiple primary stations in a single routing system and an increase of virtual router space from 1024 x 1024 to 4093 x 4093. HKSP-R80 also provides multiple primary station capability, allowing for greater system stability under adverse conditions. Additionally, Sony routers interface seamlessly with the MVS/DVS production switcher family.
